DELIVERY & RETURNS

VK STUDIO sends your goods primarily via Deutsche Post. The transport risk lies with the sender. Unless otherwise agreed with you, the delivery will take place within 3 - 7 working days to the delivery address you specified, depending on the shipping method. Due to unforeseeable events, such as strikes, there may be delays in exceptional cases. The costs for shipping and packaging bracelets and mask chains are €2.70 within Germany and €4.50 in Austria.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Products can only be returned if they have not been worn. We ask you to inform us of your return request immediately by email to info@vkstudio.de. You are responsible for returning the shipped products. When returning, please let us know your name, invoice number and bank details. If the returned product is on time, in its original packaging, unused and undamaged, a refund will be issued.
